  2. 200 gGround Hazelnuts
  3. 1/4 CupChopped Hazelnuts
  4. 1 CupPowdered Erythritol
  5. 1/4 CupUnsweetened Baking Cocoa
  6. 75 gMelted Butter
  7. PinchSea Salt
  8. For The Cheesecake Topping
  9. 600 gFull Fat Cream Cheese
  10. 1 CupHeavy Whipping Cream
  11. 1 TablespoonVanilla Essence
  12. 1/2 CupPowdered Erythritol

Cooking Instructions

    For the Base: Mix all of the base ingredients into the melted butter.

    Press the mixture into a baking dish or similar. Set aside.

    Whip all of the cheesecake topping ingredients together until the mixture thickens.

    Pour the mixture over the base.

    Freeze for 2 hours.
