For the Base: Mix all of the base ingredients into the melted butter.

Press the mixture into a baking dish or similar. Set aside.

Whip all of the cheesecake topping ingredients together until the mixture thickens.

Pour the mixture over the base.

Freeze for 2 hours.

Freeze it while making the filling.🌿 Whisk Matcha Powder with the powdered erythritol. Take a few spoons of the cream, all vanilla and slowly whisk them into the matcha mixture. Once matcha mixture is smooth and all lumps have dissolved, slowly incorporate the remaining cream a little at a time until it has all been mixed in.
