Cooking Instructions

Wash sill bta nicely & let it dry. Place it at even surface most likely at floor.I hv spread a towel underneath sill also I used gloves to avoid burning in hands.do take care while making lal chutney on sill & dnt touch eyes,nose,face more importantly babies/kids.gloves can be replace with shoppers

We will be needing peeled garlic,whole red chilli,salt and water.put chillies at sill and crush them with bta so that seeds spills out remove some of the seeds to avoid much much chillies

With the help of bta start crushing chillies,drip little water time to time to ease crushing. When most of the chillues are crushed add garlic cloves and keep grinding.add salt as well

Move bta in upward to lower direction while adding little water time to time to ease grinding chutney till chillies & garlic take a form of fine paste.

When all chutney is in a nice paste form collect in a bowl.rinse some water at sill to collect sticky particles from above sill

Enjoy sill btay wali lahssn mirch ki chutney with lots of meal particularly white pulao and baisan ki roti.
