Ingredients

  1. 2 cupudad
  2. 3/4 cuprajma
  3. 2Onions chopped
  4. 2Tomato chopped
  5. 3Green chilli
  6. 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
  8. 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  9. 3/4Oil
  10. 4 tbsp Butter
  11. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  12. as per needCloves/ cinnamon/ bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook both for 5 to 6 whistle. Before that soaked them for 6 hours. Add salt.

    Now add oil in pan sauté onion garlic chilli ginger make lovely soft paste. Sauté onion dark brown. Now add all dry ingredients and mix well. Garam masala and Kasuri methi too. Add butter and cook on a slow flame Add charcoal white ghee when done. And cover it.

    Now serve with paratha or rice
