Cooking Instructions

To start with,I intended to create,Maggi with a rich aromatic makhani gravy with the toss of veggies...coated with Chinese food style,black pepper.

Start with a pan of oil n butter n once it's hot add jeera mild

Then toss it,with enough oil to b moisture free....it should be a bit of crunchy but we'll cooked...

Use a different pan,to prepare noodles..use bit of butter to toss the noodles,then sprinkle water over it...
I HV NT used boiling method...since I want it to b tender but glossy due to fried effect.. - 5
In a third pan add water for gravy items...like onion cashews,ginger garlic..n 1/2 green chillies...
Add bit of salt, turmeric n chilli powder along with bit of garam masala... - 6
Fry it well till colour changes,add fresh creme n stir it a bit...

Now add masala powder half portion each to the veggies n noodles for perfect flavor

Dish out...the noodles into rich creme makhani gravy...top it with sweet taste of veggies...
And garnish onion sliced... - 9
