May be you have tried so many types of manchurian dishes. But today here I'm making totally different type of manchurian. It is made up of Maggi noodles with chinese sauce. So surely try out this delicious dish.

Ingredients

  1. For manchurian balls
  2. 3 packetMaggi noodles
  3. 3 packetMaggi taste maker
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  6. 1/4 cupspring onion
  7. 2 tspcorn flour
  8. 2 tsprice flour
  9. 1 tbsschezwan chutney
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. For gravy
  12. 2 tsp oil
  13. 2Green chillies
  14. 6garlic cloves
  15. 1 inchgrated ginger
  16. 1onion
  17. 1/4 cupspring onion
  18. 1/4 cupcapsicum
  19. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  20. 1 tbspgreen chili sauce
  21. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  22. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  23. 2 tbspschezwan chutney
  24. to taste salt
  25. 1/4 cupwater
  26. For slury
  27. 2 tbspcorn flour
  28. 4 tbspwater
  29. Extra ingredients
  30. 1 packetMaggi noodles

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly add 1.5 cups water in a pan. Turn on the falme let the water come to boil. Add three packets of maggi noodles.

    Boil it till it is cooked. Don't add tastemakers now. We will use it later. once it is cooked turn off the flame let it cool down completely.

    Let it cool completely. Put it in a mixing bowl. Add one chopped onion, spring onion.

    Add corn flour and rice flour in it.

    Add red chilli powder, maggi test maker, little salt and schezwan chutney. Mix it well with hand.

    Now we will make out balls like manchurian. Apply water on your palms. Make equal and small size of mixture balls.

    Crush one pack of raw noodle to coat the balls in it. It gives crunchyness and taste to the balls.

    Coat all the manchurian balls with crushed noodles.

    Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame on medium heat. Put the maggi balls in hot oil.

    Fry the balls on medium flame till it turns light brown. keep flipping in between. Do not fry it on high flame otherwise it will be soft from inside.

    Once it turns golden increase the flame to high. Fry it till turns golden brown. take it out and keep it sides. Do not keep on tissue paper otherwise it will become soft.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry for few seconds. Add onion and spring onion in it.saute for one minute.

    Now add capsicum in it. Mix well and saute for 1/2 minutes on medium flame.

    Add white vinegar, green chilli sauce,soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and little salt and schezwan chutney. Mix well.

    Add little water in one tbsp of corn flour. Mix well and pour the batter in sauce. Add 1/4 cup water in it.

    Increase the flame to high. Let it come to boil. Don't cook over. After one boil turn off the flame and add spring onion.

    Add manchurian balls while serving it. Other wise it will become soggy.
