  1. 400 gminced Pork
  2. 6 clovesGarlic; finely chopped
  3. 4shallots; finely chopped
  4. 6 branchesLemongrass (white portion only); finely chopped
  5. 4 bunchesHoly basil (leaves only)
  6. 6Red chilli; finely chopped
  7. 1Lime (juice only)
  8. 1 tbspFish sauce
  9. 1 tspLight soy sauce
  10. 0.5 tspDark soy sauce
  11. 2 tspOyster sauce
  12. Lettuce
  13. 2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix 1 lime juice, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoon oyster sauce and 2 teaspoon sugar for making a sauce

    Stir-fry garlic and lemongrass using medium heat

    Add shallots and red chilli, and mix well

  4. 4

    Add minced pork and mix well using high heat

  5. 5

    Add the sauce and mix well

  6. 6

    Turn off the heat and add holy basil, and mix well

  7. 7

    For serving, wrap the pork with fresh lettuce for best flavours!
