Stir-fried minced pork and sausage with holy basil is easy to make, delicious, and a quick meal that’s a staple in Thai kitchens—something you’ll never get tired of.
Cooking Instructions

Pound the chilies and garlic together until finely crushed, then set aside.

Wash and pick the holy basil leaves, then set aside.

Slice the sausages diagonally.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the pounded chili and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until nearly cooked, then add the sausages. Lower the heat.

Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and a splash of dark soy sauce. Add a little water. Increase the heat and stir-fry until everything is cooked through and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Add the holy basil leaves, toss to combine, then turn off the heat.
