Ingredients

  1. 7 oz (200 grams)ground pork
  2. 4sausages
  3. 1 handfulholy basil leaves
  4. 4fresh Thai bird’s eye chilies
  5. 5dried Thai bird’s eye chilies
  6. 7small cloves Thai garlic
  7. Water
  8. Cooking oil for stir-frying
  9. 3 tablespoonsoyster sauce (45 ml)
  10. 2 tablespoonslight soy sauce (30 ml)
  11. 2 teaspoonssugar (8 grams)
  12. 1 teaspoonfish sauce (5 ml)
  13. 1/2 teaspoonseasoning powder (such as chicken bouillon)
  14. 1 splashdark soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Pound the chilies and garlic together until finely crushed, then set aside.

    Wash and pick the holy basil leaves, then set aside.
