  1. 3fried century eggs, each cut into quarters
  2. 3.5 ozground pork (about 100 grams)
  3. 1 handfulfresh holy basil leaves, washed
  4. 15red bird’s eye chilies
  5. 10 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 teaspoonlight soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoongreen cap seasoning sauce (or any savory seasoning sauce)
  8. 1 teaspoonpork-flavored seasoning powder
  9. 1 teaspoongranulated sugar
  10. 1 teaspoondark soy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoonscooking oil

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pounded chilies and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until it starts to cook through. Season with light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, pork-flavored seasoning powder, sugar, and dark soy sauce. Stir well until the seasonings are fully combined. Add the quartered fried century eggs and stir gently to coat them with the sauce. Increase the heat to high, add the holy basil leaves, and stir-fry until the basil is fragrant and just wilted. Remove from heat.
