Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSelf raising flour
  2. 2 spoonsMargarine
  3. 5 Spoonssugar
  4. 500 mlfermented milk
  5. Deep frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour and sugar.

    Rub in margarine until the flour looks like bread crumbs.

    Add fermented milk.

    Make dough and dry with flour.

    Cover and let it rest for 20 mins.

    Make balls.

    Spread each ball and apply oil on both sides

    Cut into preferred shapes.

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

    Deep the slices into hot oil slowly. Don't overcrowd.

    Turn them till they turn golden brown.

    Repeat step 7-11 for all balls.

    Ready to serve. Serve with tea or coffee or chocolate milk
