Add salt and oil in flour and mix it well with lukewarm water. - 2
Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

And roll a round roti of it.

And punch the fork on it.

And then shape it by placing it on round bowl.

Then deep fry the roti along with the bowl.

Chat Method:
Mix all the ingredients of chat in a large bowl. - 8
And fill the katori with the chat.

And assemble it with yogurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
