Prepare small balls and keep aside in a bowl add 5 cup water and add sugar crushed elachi in the syrup will come boil and cook for sugar syrup 5minutes and add chenna balls and cook in high flame for 7 minutes and close lid and after in medium flame cook for 10 minutes and off the flame the Rasgulla size in double. In another bowl and take ice cubes and take Rasgullas and put in ice cubes bowl for 5 minutes and take out the rasgulla and put in syrup.

Store in fridge and serve cool cool rasgulla..garnish with Kesar...
