Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1beetroot
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 1 tsproasted Cummin powder
  5. 1 tspchaat masala
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. For tadka
  10. 1 tbspmustard oil
  11. 1 tspmustard seeds
  12. 8-10curry leaves
  13. 1chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and grate beetroot.

    Whisk curk then add all remaining ingredients in it. Whisk again till everything combined nicely.
    Now add grated beetroot and lemon juice. Mix all well.

    Heat oil in tadka pan splattered mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves. Add tadka over prepared raita. Before serving Keep in in refrigerator for an hour.
    Enjoy with your meal.
