Ingredients

  1. 3 CupsRice (70% cooked)
  2. 11/2 CupCooked Beans
  3. 1 CupFried Chicken and Beef (Bite sizes)
  4. 1 1/2Pepper and Onion mix (roughly blended)
  5. 1 TablespoonCurry
  6. 1/2 TablespoonThyme
  7. 1/2 TeaspoonBlack Pepper
  8. 1/2 TablespoonGarlic Powder
  9. Seasoning and Salt to taste
  10. 1Big Onion (Diced)
  11. 1/2 CupVegetable oil
  12. 2 CupsMeat Stock

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the oil. Sautee onion for 2 minutes, add garlic powder and sautee for another minute.

    Add the pepper mix. Allow to fry until the pepper begins to separate from the oil. Add curry, thyme and black pepper and stir.

    Add meat stock and bring to a boil. Add cooked beans and the rice.

  4. 4

    Stir together, check for salt and seasoning. Cover and allow to steam for about 10 minutes to cook the rice completely. Add fried beef and chicken. Stir and take off heat

    Serve and enjoy
