Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash spanich then make Puri of spanich with adding green chillies

    Now take 2cups of flour add red chilli powder salt and cream mix it well add spanich puri.

    Now by adding spanich slowly make a dough little bit thick then roti dough.heat oil then take a small portion of dough.

    Now roll it then deep fry in hot oil our poori is ready to serve.

    Its very tasty enjoy it with curd and and sev.if you want to give any shape than use cutter
