Ingredients

1 hour
4 peoples
  1. 2 tablespoonschick pea flour
  2. 1/2 cupthick curd
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. Pinchhing
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 2 cupswater
  7. 2 teaspoonsoil
  8. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  9. 1small onion chopped
  10. 2-3Garlic cloves crushed
  11. 1/2 inchginger crushed
  12. 2-3green chillies chopped
  13. 2-3red dry chillies
  14. leavesFew Curry
  15. leavesfew coriander
  16. for Pakoras-
  17. 1large onion sliced
  18. as per taste Salt
  19. 1 tspCumin seeds or ajwain
  20. 2-3Green chillies chopped
  21. 1 cupBesan flour
  22. As Per Required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the curd, besan flour, salt and pinch of turmeric powder. Add 1 cup water and mix properly to form a thin batter.

    In a thick bottom vessel or kadhai, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, hing,garlic,ginger,red chillies, green chilies,onion, Curry leaves and saute well.

    Now add the curd flour batter and keep stirring continuously. Add more water if required. Check the salt and add if needed.

    Let it come to a boil and simmer for 5 mins on low flame. Our delicious kadhi is ready.

    For the pakoras, add salt to the onions. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
    Then add green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin or ajwain and besan flour.
    Donot add any water.
    Heat oil in a kadhai and start frying the pakoras.
    Add the pakoras to the hot kadhi and enjoy.
