#JOY jab different n attractive dish ka task mila to mere mind mein sb se pehle jungli pulao ka naam hi aya... ab ap sochain ge ke is ka naam jungli pulao kyo hai?🤔to frnds.... vo is liye ke is pulao mein mutton, beef, chicken, vegetables sb add hota hai.... mtlb jo kch bhi milay, sb is pulao mein daal do 😁🤭.... sb ingredients ke sath is pulao ka taste bht hi maze ka ho jata hai, must try....kbhi kch zara hut ke bhi hona chahiye na ☺️

Ingredients

  1. halfkg rice Soaked for 1/2 Hour
  2. 1/2 Kgmutton Boiled For 1 Hour
  3. 2 CupsMutton Stock
  4. 2onions (Chopped)
  5. 1 CupYogurt
  6. 250 gmsChicken
  7. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  8. 3 tspSalt
  9. 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  10. 1/2 CupOil
  11. Garam Masala:
  12. 2Cinnamon
  13. 1 tspCumin
  14. 2Bay leaf
  15. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  16. 2Black Cardamom
  17. 4Green Cardamom
  18. Cloves6
  19. kabab Ingredients:
  20. 1/2 KgBeef Mince
  21. 1(Chopped) onion
  22. 2 tbspGreen Coriander
  23. 1 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  24. 1 tspChilli Flakes
  25. 1 tbspbaisan
  26. 1/2 tspGreen Chilli Powder
  27. 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  28. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  29. 1/2 tspSalt
  30. Fried Ingredients:
  31. 2potatoes (Cut into Finger)
  32. 1/2carrots(julienne)
  33. 1/2capsicum (julienne)

Cooking Instructions

    Beef Kabab Direction
    Take a bowl and add Beef Mince, Onion, Green Coriander, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Flakes, Chickpea Flour, Green Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and mix it well and make kababs and then deep fry them

    Fried Direction
    After that deep fry the Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum

    Pulao Direction:
    Take a pot and add oil and then add Onion and fry them until it become into golden brown color and then add Garam Masala: (Cinnamon 2, Cumin 1 tsp, Bay leaf 2, Black Pepper 1 tsp, Black, Cardamom 2, Green Cardamom 4, Cloves 6) and stir it well and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it well and then add Chicken and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well until it’s become into white Color.

    After that add boiled mutton and stir it well and then add salt and stir it well and then add Yogurt and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add 1 cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

    After that remove the lid and add 2 cups mutton stock and add water 1 cup and stir it well and boil it and then add Soaked rice and stir it and cook it without lid on high flame until it’s water become dry.

    After that add Garam Masala Powder and place beef kababs and cover it and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Jungli Pulao is Ready and dish out it and serve with fried Potatoes, Carrot, and Capsicum.
