Sub se phele aik bowl main Maida lekar chan lein phir zeera,salt,ghee,Daal ke neem garam Pani se dough gound Jen aur 15 minutes ke lye rahke dein.

Ab aik pan main 2 tbsp oil daal ke crushed lehsan ko fry karein,phir chopped payaz ko add Kar ke saute karein 2 minute

Sare spices add kar ke ache se mix Kar lein.

Ab boiled mashed aloo ko spices main add kar ke 5 minutes ke lye fry karein aur bowl main nekal ke thunda hone dein.

Ab dough ki balls buna ke bel lein aur center se 2 pcs main cut Karein.

Aik pcs ko lekar thoda sa pani luga ke fold Kar ge aur Aloo ke Masala Jo bunaya hai woh ise main fill Kar ke uper se pani luga ke close Kar dein.

Ab oil garam Kar medium ancch pe golden brown hone tuk fry Kar lein.

Mini Aloo Samosa ready hai aap chutney ketchup ke Sath serve karein.
