  7. 2 tbsp ghee

    Cut all the vegetables. You can add more vegetables. Because of lockdown I have limited stock

    We need cooked rice

    In a pan heat oil and ghee together. Add bay leaf, Green cardamom and cinnamon stick and cashew nuts.

    Add vegetables and cook until vegetables become cooked nicely. Mix rice thoroughly
