Cooking Instructions

In a sauce pan boil ¾ cup water. Once the water reaches the boiling point add the whole spices.Cardamom, cloves, black pepper corns, Cinnamon stick and nutmeg. Also add grated ginger.

Now add 2 tspn tea. (You can add tea leaves too). Let it simmer for a minute.

Now pour ¾ cup milk. And give it a stir.

Keep the flame low and let the tea simmer for about 10 minutes.

Once the tea is ready put 2 tspn Jaggery powder. Give it a quick stir. Jaggery Powder dissolves really quick. Now strain and pour into a cup.

Serve the tea hot.
