Subse phele aloo ko mash kar lein r baki veges ko jullien cut kar lein ab sub ingre ko ek bowl me ache se mix kar lein.

Maida r pani ka mixture ready kar lein.ab rolls me filling kar k is mixture ko corners pe laga k ache se band kar lein.is stage pe ap inhe freeze kar sakte hain.

Oil ko garam kar lein r rolls ko ache se crispy hone tak fry kar lein.

Platter me nikal lein r apni fav sauce k sath enjoy karen.
