Chicken Spring Rolls
Every dish I make comes from my cravings. 😊
Steps

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the ground chicken.

When the chicken is about halfway cooked, add the wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry until it releases some liquid, then add the glass noodles.

Season with white pepper, chicken bouillon powder, light soy sauce, and sugar. Stir everything together and taste. Don’t overseason, as it can get too salty. Cook until the filling is dry, then set aside.

Start wrapping the spring rolls. (You can find wrapping techniques on YouTube.)

Once wrapped, heat oil in a pan and fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
