Ingredients

  1. 1 BowlMoong Dal
  2. 2-3Green Chillies
  3. 1 InchOf Ginger
  4. 1Chopped Onion
  5. 1/2 BowlChopped Coriander Leaves
  6. 7-8Curry Leaves
  7. 1/2 TbspTurmeric Powder
  8. 1/2 TbspRed Chili Powder
  9. 1/2 TbspCumin Seeds
  10. 1/2 TbspCoriander Powder
  11. 1/2 TbspGaram Masala
  12. 1 PinchBaking Soda
  13. 1/2 TbspSalt
  14. 2-3 TbspChat Masala

Cooking Instructions

    At first wash the Moong Dal properly. Then soak in water for 30- 35 minutes. After it put it in a grinder jar. Add green chillies and ginger. Then add 3-4 tbsp of water. Grind all ingredients.

    Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix it well.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Put the batter with spoon. Fry it on medium flame. Keep flipping. Fry it till golden brown.

    Take it out. Pakodas are ready. Sprinkle chat masala on it. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce or chutney.
