Soaking rice and dal
1. Wash rice and salad together and soak it in water
2. Put 1 spoon Neethi seeds in it
3. Cover it with lid and. Let this soak for 7 to 8 hours - 2
Making batter
1. Grind it in mixture and smooth batter
2. For idling batter should not be very flowly, it should be Lil coarse and medium thick batter
3. Grind cooked rice and make smooth paste
4. Add this to batter - 3
5. Mix all batter with hand for 4 to 5 mins add little water is need be
6. Rest batter rest for fermenting for 7 to 8 hours - 4
Steaming Idli
1. Batter would have properly fermented by now
2. Add 1 or 2 spoon of salt as per taste
3. Mix the batter properly with spoon
4. Put steamer on high flame
5. Apply oil on idli plate and pour batter in it
6.put plate inside steamer and let it steam for 25 to 30 mins - 5
You may check by dipping toothpick in idling, if it's clean than idli is ready

Making Chutney
1. Put grated coconut, 3 green chilli, Salt as per taste, capsicum, coriander and onion in mixture jar
2. Grind it smooth paste and chutney is ready to be served
