Ingredients

4 person
  1. 1 cupmoong daal
  2. 1 cupmasoor daal
  3. 2chopped Tomatoes
  4. 1 slicesOnions
  5. 1 tspTurmeric
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspCrushed coriander
  8. 1 tsp.Garam masala
  9. Handful Fresh coriander leaves
  10. 2green chillies
  11. 2 tspor to taste salt
  12. For tarka
  13. 1/4 cupGhee or butter
  14. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tspAjwain
  16. 2-3button chillies
  17. 2green chillies chopped
  18. 2 Clovesgarlic chopped
  19. Small piece ginger chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the daal in water for about 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Now cook the daal with onion slices, tomatoes chopped, turmeric powder, chilli powder, crushed Corridor, salt with some water. Till the daal tender completely

    When the daal done now adjust the salt. cook for 5 minute more and using wooden spoon so smashed the daal and tomatoes completely

    Now add fresh coriander leaves, garam masala, green chillies on daal.. Now leave it a side

    Now make a tarka
    In a frying pan add butter or ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, Button chillies, ajwain, finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies

    When ginger garlic become golden pour the tarka on top of daal. Cover the lid for about 10 minutes

    Tadda... Its done eat with garma garam chapati or naan
