Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil for deepfrying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your fish well.

    Remove excess water using kitchen towel.

  3. 3

    Make deep cuts through the fillet. Sprinkle salt to the fish and rub thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan (non-stick). When heated deepfry your fish both sides till browned and crunchy.
