2 tbsCurry powder
1 tbsTurmeric powder
Garlic gloves 3pcs finely chopped

First wash your fish very well and remove the gils

Mix your all dry ingredients salt, curry powder, turmeric and rub to your fish very well.

Then rub your finely chopped garlic.

Keep your fish in the fridge for 45 mins

Then deep fry in a medium heat oil.
