I made this today for my family. I love fish because its white meat and full of nutrients. Its also low in cholesterol.

  2. Salt
  3. Oil for frying

    Prepare the fish first. Remove the intestines and unwanted materials from the fish.

    Make sure the fish has been scaled to remove all the scales.

    Then allow the fish to dry hanging it upside down.

  4. 4

    While its drying heat oil in medium heat.

  5. 5

    Then slowly put in the fish. Cook for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Cook until golden brown. Then turn and cook the other side.

    Cook until ready then serve with kachumbari and some greens.
