  1. 200 gmsjovar soaked
  2. 100 gms rice soaked
  3. 150 gmsurad dal soaked
  4. 1/2 tablespoonfenugreek soaked

    Grind the rice, jovar and urad dhal add salt keep it for fermentation over night, next day it will be ready to make paniyaram

    Take the batter in a vessel add salt and mix like dosa batter pour into paniyara pan leave it for few seconds and turn it when it turns to brown it’s ready (very easy and different taste)
