Ingredients

  1. For mawa balls
  2. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  3. 2 tbspwhole wheat flour
  4. 2-3 tbspliquid milk
  5. as requiredGhee to fry
  6. For naru
  7. 1 cupgrated coconut
  8. 1/2 cuprock sugar powder
  9. 1/4 tspcardamom powder (optional)
  10. 7-8 tbspmilk powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To make fried mawa balls add milk powder, whole wheat flour and liquid milk to make a dough. Make small balls from the dough and fry in ghee. Keep aside.

    In a pan add 1 tsp ghee add coconut (grated) and rock sugar, keep stirring in low medium flame. After 5-7 mins add milk powder and mix till forms a firm dough like texture.

    Switch off gas and place the coconut mixture in a greased plate. When comes in a hand bearable temperature add fried mawa balls and make narus from it.
