Cauliflower vegetable prepared with adding peas gives a very tasty touch. In daily routine this vegetable can be served with Roti, Naan or Paratha during lunch or dinner and which gives a very lovely taste. This vegetable made from Cauliflower and peas is not only tasty but its healthy too.

Cooking Instructions

Wash cauliflower with clean water and cut it in medium size such that the flower remains intact. Make ready the frozen peas from freezer for the vegetable.

In a pan heat ghee and oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and neem and fry it. Afterwards add ginger chilly paste.

Now in that add ready pieces of cauliflower and green peas. Add little water to it.

Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix everything well and cover it for two to three hours and cook it. Afterwards add tomato pieces to it.

After partially cooked add besan to it. Also add coriander cumin powder and black pepper powder to it.

Mix everything well and sprinkle some water and again cook for two to three minutes.

So here our vegetable is ready. On that sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing.

Serve it hot.
