Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf stir add Mutton stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook

Now add tomato stir fry to cook well add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir fry to cook

Then to tender Mutton and add curd stir fry to cook well add onion stir fry to cook well

Now add coriander leaves green chili ginger julienne and garammasala and flame off

Now transfer into serving plate and garnish coriander leaves julienne ginger

Ready to serve with paratha or naan
