Steps

Assemble marination ingredients, grind Coriander + mint + ginger + garlic + green chilli + 2 tbsp Curd and blend into a smooth paste.

Marinade chicken in the green paste by adding 2 tbsp curd + salt + coriander powder + cumin powder + red chilli powder and marinade for 2-3 hours.

Marinade for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.

Assemble ingredients for gravy

Heat oil add cumin seeds + cardamom + cloves + cinnamon + pepper corns and allow to crackle, then add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.

Then add marinaded chicken and cook for 8 - 10 minutes under medium flame, chicken will release water. Check chicken have cooked or not.

Gradually water evaporates, add Garam Masala + sugar + salt (if required) and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add water and simmer for 7-8 minutes under medium flame. Add Kasuri methi and simmer for 1-2 minutes and then keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes.
