Ingredients

  1. 1 kgspinach
  2. 1/2 kgChicken
  3. 3Onion sliced
  4. 2 tbspnginger, garlic and green chillies paste
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspnwhole Spices
  8. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  9. 1/2 tbspnRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 tsproasted crushed Cumin
  14. 1 tsproasted crushed Coriander
  15. 1 pinchblack seeds
  16. 2 tbspndried Fenugreek leaves
  17. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  18. 2 tbspnmango pickle Masala
  19. Water as required
  20. 3/4 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Sab se phly palak saaf kar k kat lain aur wash kar lain achy se basket mein dal dain tak extra pani nikal jye.

    Pan mein oil dalein onion dal k fry kar lain.

    Fry kar k blender jug mein nikal lain tomatoes k chilkay utar k wo b blender mein dalein half cup water dalein achy se blend kar lain.

    Remaining oil mein chicken aur whole spices add karein fry karein.

    Chicken ka colour change ho jaye. Two tbspn ginger, garlic and green chillies paste add karein. Aur onion and tomatoes ka mixture dal k achy se cook karein.

    Phir red chilli, turmeric powder, roasted crushed Cumin, roasted crushed Coriander, black seeds, black pepper powder, salt dal k achy se cook karein.

    Blender mein palak aur thora sa water add kar k blend kar lain.

    Jab chicken achy se cook ho jye oil chor dein tu blended palak mixture dal k achy se mix karein. Low flame per cover kar k cook honay rakh dain.

    10-15 minutes bad cover hata dain aur medium flame per cook karein salt apne taste k mutabik dalein. Fenugreek ko hath se achi trha masal k add karein.

    Achy bhon lain green chillies add karein aur 2 tbspn mango pickle ka masala add karein mix well.

    2-3 minutes bad jab oil nikal aye flame off karein.

    Achari palak chicken ready hy.
    Bowl mein nikal lain aur garam masala powder sprinkle karein. Serve hot with raita and tandoori roti. Enjoy 😋
