Ingredients

3-4 people
  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 1/2 cupCurd
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 11/2 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1 sachetENO fruit salt
  8. 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  9. 4Green chilli
  10. 5-10curry leaves
  11. 4 tsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl, add gram flour to it

  2. 2

    Then add 1 and 1/2 tbs of oil,1/2 tbs salt, 1/2 tbs red chilli powder, 1/2 tbs turmeric

    Add curd and water to it

  4. 4

    Mix it well

  5. 5

    Keep it covered for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    After 10 minutes add 1 sachet of ENO and 1/4 tbs of baking powder

  7. 7

    Mix it well

  8. 8

    Set microwave for 4-5 minutes and place that bowl into it..

    Now take a pan.. Add 1 tbs of oil and rai to it

  10. 10

    Then add water to it..

  11. 11

    Add kurry leaves, green chillies and 4-5 spoons of sugar (acc. to your taste..)

  12. 12

    Bring it to a boil

  13. 13

    Now sprinkle that water onto the dhokla..

  14. 14

    Your dhokla is ready..
