My Dad's (Boppy's) Thanksgiving and/or Christmas corn casserole or pudding. A classic holiday favorite, with some minor updates.

This is a sweet dish. It could almost be a dessert, but it's not. It goes great with chicken, turkey or ham! It was the only dish at Thanksgiving that wasn't leftover.

I make this side dish for Easter, and any other time! So easy, and just the right amount of sweetness!

So delicious!! I love the sweet and spicy in this dish. I usually use 1 green cayenne and 1 red cayenne and it comes out perfect. If you only like a little heat, you can substitute the cayennes with green or red bell peppers to tone it down a little.

Frozen corn beats canned corn any day of the week. And it’s a perfect substitute to fresh corn cobs. Perfect taste of garlic and that cheesy goodness will make you fall in love with this recipe everytime! It'll probably become a staple side in your house as well.

Made this again last night with tacos.. Everyone at the taco party loved them. A great way to spice up boring corn! :)
