Ingredients

  1. 250 gmcup chanay ki dal
  2. 250 gmlauki
  3. 3 tbspFried & crushed onion
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 6-7Black pepper
  6. 3-4Clove
  7. 1Black cardamom
  8. 1 stickCinemon
  9. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  11. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 4 tbspYogurt
  13. 2Tomato
  14. 1/2 tspAll spice powder
  15. 1/2 cupOil
  16. For garnish
  17. Coriander leaves
  18. Green chillies
  19. Lemon
  20. For tarka
  21. 2 tbspghee
  22. Small half onion

Cooking Instructions

    Chanay ki Dal wash karein or boil Kar lein

  2. 2

    Lauki wash karein Peel karein cut karein or 1/2 cup water add karein or boil Kar lein

  3. 3

    Oil garam karein.. Ginger garlic paste add karein, black pepper,cloves, cardamom or cinnamon stick add karein Thora sa stir karein phr red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder add karein.. 1 tbsp Pani add karein... Fried onion yogurt or tomato bhi add karein mix karein 1/4 cup water karein cover karein or 5 minutes medium flame par cook karein.

    Ab boil ki hui Lauki Pani k sath add karein mix karein or 5 minutes cover Kar k cook karein

    Ab boil ki hui Dal add karein mix karein 10 minutes dum dein

  6. 6

    Ghee garam karein.. thori si onion fry karein or Dal par tarka lgaen

  7. 7

    All spice sprinkle karein.. coriander leaves or green chillies se garnish karein or lemon k sath serve karein...
