2 cups salsa
  1. 1 lbtomatillos husks removed and quartered
  2. 1/2onion diced
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 2-4jalapeños depending how spicy you want it, sliced lengthwise
  5. 1 tbspnOlive oil
  6. Cilantro
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Knorr Suiza chicken flavor bouillon to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté quartered tomatillos and sliced jalapeños in olive oil over medium heat

    After 5-7 minutes, add cloves of garlic and diced onion. Stir occasionally

  3. 3

    Transfer from saucepan to blender and add cilantro to blend. Add salt and/or chicken bouillon to taste. You may add olive oil into the blender for creamier result
