Cooking Instructions

Bought at the local fishmonger as a whole. Then, fillet into three pieces

Put sake and grated ginger onto a tray and the fillet mackerel for 10 min at 220 degree.

Salt on top of mackerel.

Meanwhile, grate Daikon, a horse raddish to eat with

Put the mackerel into heated oven for 12 min and done!

When you grill as a whole, it takes 20 min or so. Salt before 15 min to fully into the meat.
