I am not fond of shakes but make for family from seasonal fruits and chocklates etc, but this banana oatmeal shake is something when I am short of time for breakfast and want something quick, healthy and full filling too.
This banana oat Almonds shake is a satisfyingly easy breakfast that you can take on a go. Just dump blend and run 😊🏃‍♀️.
All you have to do is just put the ingredients in blender.

  4. Few almonds
  5. 1 tbspBrown sugar /honey
  6. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Put in blender and blend until smooth, that's it done.
