Ingredients

  • 1 packetinstant oatmeal
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupyogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients

  2. 2

    Whisk until pancake batter consistency

  3. 3

    Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter into hot oiled pan for each pancake

  4. 4

    Brown on both sides. Serve hot
