Kayan aiki

  1. 2 cupyam flour
  2. Fish of choice
  3. 4Tatase
  4. 2attarugu peper
  5. 2garlic
  6. 1tablespoon crayfish
  7. 2maggi
  8. 1tablespoon curry powder and thyme
  9. 1onion
  10. Oil

Umarnin dafa abinci

    Put your flour in a bowl then add water to the flour not too wet, use your hand to mix it well, you will be mix it till you get an even small round balls like you see in the picture

    Put it in seeve then preheat water in a pot place the seeve onto the hot water cover it well no vapour should be out till cook

    When it is cook leave it to cold then wash it with cold water

    Let sit for the water to drain out of it, when is drains put it back on the fire to cook again

    When is cook you wont taste the bitterness that mean your wasawasa is ready

    Now let make the sauce put your pan on fire add oil, chopped onion, grated tatase pepper and garlic fry it for about 5mn then put crayfish, maggi, curry and thyme and continue to fry for another 3mn

    After 2min reduce the sauce in another bowl and put kpomo

  8. 8

    Bring your wasawasa put salt and sauce

  9. 9

    Mix it well and enjoy with fish and salad, you can cook spaghetti or beans to enjoy with it
