3timatar
1 cuphara dhania
1 cupmint
4lemon
4aloo bukharay
2badiyan phool
3tez paat
2 cupoil
Zarday ka rung

Cooking Instructions

First chop onion fry them golden brown.keep half onion aside

In pan add ginger garlic paste add chicken.fry till pink colour now add biryani masala.cook for 2min

Add tomatoes.yogurt.n keep it for cooking till chicken gets tender

Meanwhile add fried onion.nicely cut tomatoes.mint.coriander.lemon juice.green chillies

Boil rice with lemon juice teez pat badiyan phool.

When chicken curry looks ready add zarda rung n kewra in it.

Start layering.first chicken curry top it with all the ingredients in bowl.then rice.

Keep it on dum.tada its ready. sorry I don't hv the step by step pictures.when I cook it again I will add😉
