Ingredients

  1. as requiredDosa batter
  2. as required Aloo bhaaji
  3. 1Beetroot Grated
  4. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  5. as requiredOil
  6. as per neededSambar
  7. as requiredCoconut Chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan. Pour a ladle full of batter in the centre of the pan. Using the ladle, spread the batter in circular motion.
    Once it is cooked, pour a tablespoon of aloo bhaaji, grated beetroot, few drops of oil and chilli powder. Mix with a spatula and spread it all over the dosa.
    Roll the dosa and take it out on a plate. Cut into pieces.

    Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
