  1. 2 1/4 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 tablespoonBaking powder
  3. 125 gButter (simas)
  4. 3/4 cupsSugar
  5. Eggs 3 large
  6. 1 tinEvaporated milk
  7. 125 mlVegetable oil
  8. 1 teaspoonVanilla flavour

    In a mixing bowl, add sugar, oil, and butter and beat all together, for about 10minutes (hand mix) or 5 minutes (electric mixer) until pale and fluffy

    Add egg and vanilla flavor to the mixture above and beat.

    Mix flour and baking powder separately, then gradually add flour and milk at the same time to the mixture above.

    Beat the batter for about 2 minutes, you will notice the batter is creamy and fluffy, and you are ready to bake

    Meanwhile, your oven should be turned on at 350°C.
    Line the baking cups in a baking pan and pour in each equal amount

    Baking for 15minutes (medium heat).
    Note: avoid occasional opening of oven until it's done.
