Wash and soak the poha for 2to3 mnts

Take out poha in strainer,add salt, chilli powder, Dhania powder,sugar,salt lemon juice mix properly with light hand

In a pan add 1 1/2tbs of oil whn oil is heated add mustard seed,zeera,pinch hing,add turmeric powder, chillies,curry leaves,small piece of ginger.

Saute it properly,add the boiled veggies mix properly thn add the poha mix it.Garnish with coriander leaves.

As my version here is jain poha so instead of potatoes I have used raw banana.
