  1. 20-25puri (golgappe)
  2. 1 bowlwhipped curd
  3. 1 bowlwhite peas boiled
  4. as neededgreen chutney
  5. As needednylon sev
  6. as required sweet chutney
  7. as required pomegranate
  8. as per taste Black Salt
  9. as required Roasted Cumin Powder
  10. as required chopped green coriander

    Make a hole in the middle of the puri, in this way make a hole in all the puris.

    Now fill the boiled white peas in the puris, add green chutney, sweet chutney, and whipped curd.

    Now sprinkle black salt and roasted cumin powder then put nylon sev on top of puri.

    Add pomegranate and chopped green coriander, Dahi Puri Chaat is ready.

    Tips : Mixing one to two teaspoons of sugar in the whipped curd makes it more delicious.
