  9. 4-5garlic cut in small pieces
  10. 2Green chilli
  11. 1 pinchhing Powder
  12. 1/2 tspginger paste
  13. 4-5curry patta

    At first heat oil and add jeera, mustard seeds, methi seeds,hing.

    Now fry onion, garlic, and green chilies.

    Now prepare a batter from curd, besan, salt, add all spices and water.

    Add the batter with fried onion, curry Patta, etc, and boil for 20 minutes on slow flame.

    Serve with hot rice.
