  1. 2 cupsamaranth leaves
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  7. as per tastesalt
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  10. as required oil
  11. 6-7garlic gloves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil add mustard and cumin seeds.

    Now add green chilli,garlic cloves,onion and tomatoes in it.

    Mash it properly. Now add all the spices and salt.

    Now wash the leaves and add in pan.

  5. 5

    Mix it properly and cook it on a low flame for 10mins.

  6. 6

    Now it is ready to serve.
