Resipi asal menggunakan ikan Mahi Mahi (selain itu juga boleh guna ikan yang berisi keras seperti tuna). Bagi hakak, hakak guna ikan tongkol je. Resipi kari ni tidak lah seperti kari ikan sangat tapi ia lebih macam dalca dah kerana banyak menggunakan sayur di dalamnya seperti ubi, terung, lobak merah, kacang dan labu. Tapi hakak cuma masukkan ubi keledek sahaja. Untuk ramuan hakak follow sahaja. Sebuah resipi yang patut dicuba untuk kelainan rasa dalam memasak 😉

Resipi asal menggunakan ikan Mahi Mahi (selain itu juga boleh guna ikan yang berisi keras seperti tuna). Bagi hakak, hakak guna ikan tongkol je. Tapi hakak cuma masukkan ubi keledek sahaja. Untuk ramuan hakak follow sahaja. Sebuah resipi yang patut dicuba untuk kelainan rasa dalam memasak 😉
Cara Memasak

Panaskan minyak masak. Kemudian tumis daun kari, bawang merah, bawang putih, dan halia sehingga naik bau. (resipi asal ikan digoreng bagi sedikit kekuningan terlebih dahulu dan angkat. Kemudian baru tumiskan bawang)

Masukkan serbuk kari ikan, serbuk jintan manis, serbuk kunyit, serbuk cili, serai dan buah keras. Masak sehingga naik bau dan pecah minyak. Kemudian masukkan tomato dan air.

Masukkan ikan, keledek dan santan. Masak sehingga ikan dan keledek empuk. Perasakan dengan jus limau nipis dan garam (jika ada daun ketumbar, masukkan ketika ini, hakak tak masukkan). Masak sehingga kuah pekat. Tutup api.
