I made a bit of twist to the original kale chips by using common ingredients for the Korean dish which are sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds and seaweed! It’s really delicious and goes well with a beer 🍺 #cooktheseasons

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlCurly kale 🥬
  2. 2table spoons Sesame oil
  3. 1/2 tea spoonGrated garlic
  4. Korean seaweed (optional)
  5. Sesame seeds (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the kale in a strainer, then drain it well.

  2. 2

    Place the kale in a bowl, add sesame oil and grated garlic.

  3. 3

    Cook in the oven for 15-20 mins under the 180℃ until it becomes crispy.

    Crush some seaweed and mix well.

  5. 5

    Roast some sesame seeds and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
